I recently stayed at this hotel during a trip to Dallas. The rooms were newly renovated and quite nice, which added to my overall comfort. However, I faced a lot of issues with the amenities not living up to what was promised, particularly with the pool and hot tub situation that left my family disappointed. On the bright side, I found the price reasonable for what was offered, but the inconsistent services and miscommunication were frustrating.
